DOJ says “recess” appointments legal

Well shazaam! Eric Holder’s dept of social justice says that Preznit obama’s so-called “recess appointments” are entirely legal, saying that “the Senate’s periodic pro forma sessions in which no business is conducted have not enabled the chamber to advise and consent to nominations.” Dang! Didn’t see that coming. /S source
