You forgot one:

I heard some rumors and I did a little research. Several members of Congress in the last couple of decades have been trying to repeal the 22nd Amendment but it hasn’t got out of committee.
My Question is: Would the votes stay in Congress or would it have to be voted on by the states if it got out of committee?
Correct me if I’m wrong, it would have to be by 2/3 votes.
Yes I realize that the Supreme Court would have a say but after the last debacle I don’t trust’em.
It would require a constitutional amendment…ain’t gonna happen, unless Øbozo and his Fabian friends were able to abolish the constitution entirely.
