   Some nice birds.
   I saw the SR-71 Blackbird at a flyover at the USAFA. It was graduation day, and they had the entire inventory of USAF aircraft flyover.
   The Blackbird was amazing, it sucked all the oxygen available for about a square mile when it lit those afterburners.

     I had the opportunity a few times to see them taking off from Beale because in my younger years I delivered hay around there. Never got to see them land though….that stealthiness and all.

   Thanks for posting this, I found it helpful. I was born in Memphis and still have many fond memories of the area. I am working on a visit back there this spring. Has Memphis changed much from the early 80′s? I am really looking forward to seeing Graceland again.
