You’ve seen the commercials for Ally Bank, ridiculing their competitor’s use of “fine print” to offer substandard products and services? Here’s one

So who is Ally Bank?

None other than a unit of GMAC.

So, keep that in mind as GMAC bellies up to the bar to seek another multi-billion dollar bailout.

In fact, Peter Flaherty reveals quite a bit of the fine print behind Ally Bank.
It’s a short read, but, well worth it.
