Sotomayor reversed again. It’s Haiku time

Sonia Sotomayor’s 60% reversal rate wasn’t helped today by the Supreme Court decision in the New Haven firefighters case, Ricci v. DeStefano.

Obviously, the Supreme Court is short on empathy.

Sotomayor haiku, anyone?

Wise Latina judge
prosperous torts struggle, dry
blunt answers recur.
