I had to read that a time or two. Then it dawned on me what you were talking about. D’oh…. also just put a space between the 8 and the ). Found that out just a few days ago too.

Great post.

One other reason for the discrepancy between the mentions of corrupt Dems and Republicans is that the MSM will identify the political party of the corrupt official if that person is a Republican, but, 80% of the time (IIRC), will make no mention of the political affiliation of a Democrat.

Good idea!
When I have a little more time, and not so distracted, I will add the Mayor of Baltimore and Hartford to the list. Two of the more recent swamprats, along with the kiddie porn guy from Minnesota or Wisconsin or Lake Woebegone.
