I was in a lil’ restaurant in a small town yesterday with my grandson for some lunch. The clientele was mixed. People at the tables behind me were talking about the gas prices, how there hadn’t been any new refineries built since the 70s, and how the damn Democrats in the house and senate were blocking drilling for new oil.
I don’t think this is good news for Dems.
The sad thing, Swampie, is that the table behind them was discussing the latest earth-shattering developments on American Idol.
The matters in the video are things we have all discussed at some length, over the past few months. Some of us know he is a Marxist, while others are only caught up in the emotion of feel good politicking. I can only hope that my long held faith in the good judgement of Americans will be rewarded, one more time.
BTW, Happy Day to all you Mom’s out there!
Thenkew! I’m about to head off into the tornado watch to take mom out for a mother’s day lunch.
/Moms are way more important than tornados.
Does the Pope shit in the woods? Of course a socialist/democrat is going to raise taxes.
Have a good’un, Swampie.
Got some family coming over in a little for some pancake therapy, and Mom’s Day celebration.
Howdy, Mick!
Uh, no the Pope don’t, unless he goes camping.
Ugh. Weather was bad up around mom’s, and the electricity was out. We decided to go out tomorrow afternoon instead.
Then the sheep shearer called, and I spent until 10:30 p.m. rasslin’ sheep.
Sooo…who won the rasslin’ match?
Heard about that bad storm that tore through SE Georgia, and other states.
We just missed out on those storms, as they kind of skirted by us just to the north and east.
Tis the season.
