   They are just play acting, and continuing the strategy they abandoned for a little while, and that is to make the GOP vote, and vote, and vote again on the various defeatists pieces of legislation, so that they grow tired and weary, and eventually capitulate or the Defeatocrats gain enough political advantage.
   So, the current Congress is one for forty one on legislation signed into law, in less than a year? I guess we all have our own subjective definitions of success.

   The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, the most liberal in the nation, ruled that the “warrantless wiretapping program” is covered by the “state secrets” privilege. Each of the three judges on the panel were appointed by Democrat Presidents.
