   C’mon now. Tell me what is normal! I don’t know anymore. As long as space aliens weren’t abducting me and my husband never carried through on his threats to have me involuntarily committed, I thought I was doing okay, but now….. I may actually have an unrecognized bipolar spectrum disorder not otherwise specified. I thought that in normal life, everybody had lows and highs. But no. I better make an appointment to see a mental health professional. Y’all remind me now tomorrow.
