WELCOME TO IDEX!
What is this event? The following statement is offered from the website:
The 8th edition in a highly successful series to be held from 18 to 22 February 2007, IDEX 2007 , will play a key role in the important and emerging markets of the Middle East, Gulf and Asia, emphasising on the need for co-operation in armament acquisition and integration.
IDEX 2007 is a unique opportunity for the key decision-makers from across the world, defence ministers, chiefs of staff and senior officers from army, navy and air force to network with defence equipment manufacturers and systems solutions providers.
This is a significant event in the world of defense contractors, and world governments, alike. This year is particularly important, due to the weak-willed ChickenHearts in America calling for a ‘cut and run’ approach to our military involvement in Iraq. Since the ChickenHeart’s squawks have been so loudly proclaimed throughout the world, the leaders of the Arab nations around the Persian Gulf, have heard the distress call of these cowardly birds, and have determined they need to prepare for a world where they will have to defend themselves from the threat presented by an emboldened Iran and it’s nuclear program, continued sectarian and insurgent fighting in Iraq, as well as for a potential conflict between the U.S. and Iran. Although, the ChickenHearts are already on the record, preemptively(eventhough they hate that word), opposing any U.S. actions that could prompt such a conflict, despite the fact that the IRI declared war on the U.S. twenty eight years ago, and they haven’t stopped attacking us since.
As for the 2007 IDEX, it is estimated that the Sunni Arab states are expected to spend as much as $60Billion, if pending contracts are approved, but may go much higher, as Saudi Arabia is expecting to spend as much as $50Billion alone. You can read the full story here, but will make note of one quote from the article:
“People are concerned that if there is a complete breakdown in Iraq it may wash over to them,” said Marc Lee, the organiser of a conference on defence in the region which will be held the day before the arms fair. “They are acutely conscious of the instability threats on the other side of the Gulf and the threat from Iran.”
The actons and words that these Arab states are responding to, come from our very own ChickenHearts. Our allies, friends, and enemies have been listening, and it is having an effect.
Let’s look at a few comments from our Queen ChickenHeart and our enemies.
In a recent interview with CBS’s “60 Minutes,” House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, stated, “The jihadists (are) in Iraq. But that doesn’t mean we stay there. They’ll stay there as long as we’re there.”
WND read Pelosi’s remarks to the terror leaders, who unanimously rejected her contention an American withdrawal would end the insurgency.
Islamic Jihad’s Saadi, laughing, stated, “There is no chance that the resistance will stop.”
From this same source, here’s the money quote, that the ChickenHearts can never consider uttering about America’s will:
The victory of the resistance in Iraq would prove once more that when the will and the faith are applied victory is not only a slogan.
Then there is this comment from the same ‘Hen’ today”
“President Bush’s escalation proposal will not make America safer, will not make our military stronger, and will not make the region more stable,” Pelosi said. “And it will not have my support.”(ed:doesn’t that mean….preemptive non-support?)
And then, she ‘clucked’ this tired refrain:
As this debate begins, let us be clear on one fundamental principle: We all support the troops
The last part of this comment bears special attention, you can find it in the link, and I didn’t want to include it with the quote above, as it has a very special word, ‘honor,’ of which she knows nothing, but she tries to make it sound as though ‘honor’ and ‘support’ are interchangeable
I could use vast amounts of bandwidth, listing all of the ChickenHearts in America, and their shameful comments, that embolden our enemies, and weaken the resolve of our citizens, but I won’t. Time doesn’t permit, and we do have a comment section.
No, the important point I wish to make is, the ChickenHearts are motivated by cowardice, political opportunism, and little else. Were they truly concerned about what is best for our great nation, and for the entire world, they would recognize that victory is what we need in the GWOT more than anything, and either find the courage to win the fight, or get out of the way of those who do have the courage and the will to fight. Our enemies, in their medieval minds, understand this, and they are already motivated by their belief system, even without our ChickenHearted citizens giving them encouragement. If the ‘cut and run’ policy is ever enacted, we will be betraying our honor as a nation, betraying our friends, betraying millions of Iraqis that want our support, as well as betraying citizens of other ME nations that wish to be free. Further, it will precipitate an even greater arms race in the ME, than is currently underway. With the ancient tensions between the Sunni and Shia, it would only be a matter of time, before a major conflict erupted between the two sects, and the Straits of Hormuz would be in the first salvo of war in the Persian Gulf. That would be a disaster to the interests of every citizen on earth, because, like it or not, maintaining the flow of ME oil, is in the best interest of the world economy, and our elected leaders are, historically at least, required to act in the national interest.
Not their own.

Dang!
This guy isn’t a ChickenHeart, he has some yarbles.
I see you’re stirring the pot again.
I still can’t stand to look at or hear Bela Pelosi. She was bad before the elections and is an even more hateful bitch now. Two faced, lying, backstabbing, obstructionist, oh, I guess I could have just said democrat.
Captain’s Quarters asks an interesting questionHas Osama Died?
American ChickenHearts Speak-Arab States Listen(and go shopping)
Hey Robert D.
One must stir or they stick to the bottom of the pan.
Yeah, Ol’Bela Pelosi is one stringy, tiresome ol’hen.
I still can’t or won’t look or listen to her, I just read her words, so I will know what she’s up to next. And it’s always something bizarre.
Never let’um stick!
Murtha the ChickenHearted yaps at PM John Howard.
That is the same meme that the Queen ChickenHeart used in the 60 Minutes interview.
I don’t recall ever hearing a ChickenHeart criticize some of the comments from abroad about our President before the 06 election. In fact Ol’Lurch was the Fwench candidate in that election.
Murtha needs to get with Carter and Byrd. They can get a group discount at the “Drool & Slobber” Inn. Kennedy is getting real close too. The only reason he still sounds somewhat coherent is because his talking points haven’t changed in 40 years.
Just heard this on Fox, Mookie is in Iran! I believe I heard that here a couple of weeks ago.
Anti-American Cleric Muqtada Al-Sadr Reportedly Flees Iraq for Iran
I saw that pop-up, and Chad made a post about it over at InTheBullpen.
That was an easy call, I thought. You notice the one’s that preach about martyrdom are usually the ones that want to delay their reward.
Yup. Cowards, every one.
